Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped daily on all regular business days. Custom Jewelry and many of our unique designs are made to order and usually ship within two to three weeks. In-stock items ordered before 1 PM (11 AM Pacific, 1 PM Eastern) will generally ship the same day.

Rush orders are accommodated whenever possible.

On-line orders will be acknowledged by email. Our acknowledgement email will be followed no later than the next business day and by an email advising you of the date we expect to ship your completed order.

International shipping can often be arranged. Correspond with us by email for specific requirements and costs for your order’s destination.

Warranty Policy

We guarantee everything we make to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from us, return it unaltered and with a copy of your invoice within 60 days and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Merchandise without receipts (gifts) or purchases older then 60 days will be repaired or replaced if defective. This warranty does not include incidental or consequential expenses. This warranty covers all merchandise manufactured by G. Rowe Craftsman.
